We caught up with full-time adventurer and avid outdoorsman, Bobby Bolton, as he and Marie take on the trip of a lifetime — driving from England to Australia in a custom-built overland camper truck.

The Journey Begins

"In the winter of 2022, I decided to drastically change my life (and my dog's!) for the better!" Following a personal chapter ending, Bobby conceived this expedition as a fresh start — an overland adventure spanning continents.

Highlight Destinations

Bobby is particularly excited about the Himalayan region, though he acknowledges some concerns about how his vehicle will handle the mountainous terrain through Pakistan, India, and Nepal.

For long driving stretches, coffee is Bobby's morale booster, though he admits quality varies significantly at service stations across different countries.

His dog Red is adapting well to nomadic life, managing encounters with stray animals across Eastern Europe with typical canine curiosity.
