Warranty Coverage

Northcore provides the following warranty coverage:

• 1 year statutory warranty on all products
• 2 year warranty on backpacks and luggage

What's Covered

The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship only, within the scope of normal and appropriate use. Northcore will repair or replace, at its discretion, any products found to be defective within the warranty scope.

How to File a Claim

Please contact contact@northcore-europe.com and provide:

• Proof of purchase
• Images of the product with details describing the issue
• Your contact information

Warranty claims should be presented at the point of initial purchase with proper documentation to validate the claim.
