Returns & Exchanges

Northcore Direct Returns

We offer a 28 day, return policy for unwanted items. We ask that all items are returned to us in a clean, unused and re-saleable condition, in the original outer and product packaging. Please write your order ID clearly on a piece of paper and include this with your returning item(s), this information can be found on your order confirmation.

UK Returns:

Northcore Returns, The Gunnery Drill Shed, Chapel Road, Shoeburyness, Essex, SS3 9SL, United Kingdom.

European Returns:

Northcore Returns, Harderwijkerstraat 17, Deventer, 7418 BA, Netherlands.

On the rare occasion you have experienced an issue with the items received, please contact our dedicated customer service team and we will be happy to assist you.

Faulty items

In the first instance please email contact@northcore-europe.com with details of the item and its fault along with your proof of purchase. We will then advise how to proceed - we may require the full product to be returned or may request product images only. Generally, items that are faulty must be returned within 4 weeks for an exchange or full refund: in this instance your original and return shipping costs will also be refunded. Faulty items returned between 4 weeks and 6 months may be exchanged (if the item is not in stock at the time, we will exchange when next available or provide a credit note for the item value).

Posting faulty returns

Items should only be returned to us if we have expressly advised you to do so. Any items returned should be traceable. If you are in the UK please only use Royal Mail signed for 2nd class and retain the proof of purchase. We will not refund higher or express postal services unless they are approved by us in advance.

Refunds

Once your return has been delivered and signed for at our warehouse, please allow up to 5 working days* for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email to confirm once your refund has been processed and funds should appear back into your account within 3-5 working days, depending on your original payment method.

*During our busier periods, please do allow 8 working days before contacting our customer service team.

Items purchased via other retail outlets
