The Core is a group of cold-water stalwarts, creatives, and adventure seekers — ambassadors committed to the Northcore cause. We're recruiting two new ambassador positions to advance our mission centred on community and product excellence.

Who We're Looking For

• Big Wave Surfers — Those chasing legendary breaks like Mullaghmore or pursuing challenges at Nazaré
• Surf Photographers — Image makers who document heavy-water conditions from the impact zone
• Ocean Obsessives — Watermen and waterwomen building lifestyles around the ocean and maritime advocacy

What You Get

Ambassadors receive financial support over six months, customised gear packages, collaborative content opportunities, and brand exposure through Northcore's channels.

What We Need

• Video-first content aligned with brand themes
• High-quality monthly images for social and email marketing
• Product reviews and long-form blog contributions
• Consistent engagement with Northcore's social media
